Returns Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

At The Brew Atelier, we are committed to providing a premium customer experience and ensuring that any returns are handled fairly, transparently, and in accordance with UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase a product online as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Returned items must be:

* Unused and in as-new condition
* Complete with all accessories, manuals, and packaging
* Free from damage caused after delivery
* Suitable for resale

We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, develops a fault, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

info@thebrewatelier.com

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include repair, replacement, parts supply, collection, or refund depending on the circumstances and supplier assessment.

Photographs and supporting information may be requested to assist with warranty and damage claims.

Commercial Equipment & Special Order Products

Many products sold by The Brew Atelier are premium espresso machines, commercial coffee equipment, and supplier-direct special-order products.

For certain made-to-order, custom-configured, commercial, or special-order products, cancellation rights may be limited once production, preparation, configuration, or dispatch has commenced.

Where any product is subject to special return conditions, these will be communicated before purchase.

Return Shipping

Unless a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Due to the size, weight, and specialist nature of many espresso machines and commercial coffee products, customers are encouraged to use an insured and trackable delivery service.

Restocking Charges

For standard consumer returns exercised within your statutory cancellation rights, no restocking fee will be applied unless permitted by law.

However, certain commercial, special-order, custom-configured, or supplier-direct products may be subject to supplier-imposed restocking, collection, inspection, or handling charges where applicable.

Any such charges will be communicated and agreed before a return is authorised.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery upgrades selected by the customer are non-refundable.
